A San Francisco based firm had an open requisition for 14 months that we were able to resolve with 14 days! How? We simply helped the hiring department deconvolute the job description which mistakenly hybridized two very different roles (Informatics & Statistics).
Once the hiring team was updated as to the mistake they had made in their job role expectations we began to filter through only a handful of scientists in the USA capable of handling such a project. We factored in software languages, publication history, software engineering methodologies, management style, and company culture. Within 48 hours a scientist was identified and within a month the role was then filled.

Testing Driving Algorithm Pipeline
A Boston based company strategically sought to expand into San Francisco to create a satellite office granting bi-coastal market development. At that time machine learning and AI developing data experts were being picked up by larger companies such as Microsoft, Amazon, and Apple at such a rate that the biotech sector was finding difficulty in competing.
We were able to place ~100 calls per day to conduct extensive market research to help contextualize salary expectations factoring in real estate pricing, daily commute, scarcity and much more. Once this data was gathered we presented this to the East Coast executive team which was then able to coordinate finance allocation to secure the best candidates possible for the San Francisco office location.

Test driving pipelines for clinical solutions
A novel company located within the central US sought assistance in understanding the viability of genomic algorithms they had developed. Understanding that biotech hubs are predominately located in San Francisco, San Diego, and Boston we were able to blast out invites to several leading industry experts to test drive the software applications.
Dozens of scientists accepted the invite within minutes and hours. Within a week the company was able to receive helpful criteria to nurture their decision making processes required to optimize their solutions. We not only secured these scientists for analytical interpretations but we also schedule them in to integrate with the chief technology officer’s schedule. It was a lot of work but we made it look effortless!
